We’re going a little fancy! Our wedding will be a formal celebration set in the garden — elegant, romantic, and timeless. We kindly ask our guests to dress in formal evening attire that complements the natural beauty of the setting! For Women: • Long gowns or elegant cocktail dresses in classic or muted tones • Dressy jumpsuits are also great • Heels, dressy flats, or stylish sandals • Glam it up with accessories—this is your moment! For Men: • Tuxedo or dark suit • Dress shoes (no sneakers, please) • Bow tie or long tie—your choice. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style under the stars!

We wish we could invite everyone! But to keep things cozy, we’re only able to offer plus ones to those specifically named on the invitation. Thanks for understanding!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm so please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes early to park, find your seat, and settle in before the “I do’s” begin. We promise, you don’t want to miss the big moment!

While we adore your kiddos, we’ve decided to keep our celebration adults-only, with the exception of immediate family. We hope you’ll join us for a fun, grown-up evening!

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, so we suggest bringing a light layer for the evening. The reception will be covered, so you’ll be comfortable no matter the forecast!

We kindly ask that you keep your phones away during the ceremony — we’ve hired an incredible photographer to capture every moment! Please feel free to take photos during cocktail hour and the reception.

Absolutely! A full dinner, cocktails, and late-night treats will be served — come hungry and ready to celebrate. *If you have any dietary restrictions - please let us know when you RSVP, and our caterer will be happy to accommodate your needs*

A room block has been reserved at the Aspen Suites in Soldotna, AK under the name: “Hallett Wedding”. Please call ahead to reserve your rooms!

Our venue is a bit off the beaten path and has limited parking available. We strongly encourage guests to carpool or use rideshare services when possible. Since alcohol will be served, please plan ahead for safe transportation to and from the event—please do not plan on driving if you’ll be drinking.

A rehearsal dinner will take place the night before the wedding. This is an intimate, invite-only gathering for our wedding party and immediate family. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with everyone at the wedding!

Please arrive to the set location by 6:00pm. The rehearsal dinner location will be given to guests attending within a few days of the event. Cocktail attire requested — we invite guests to dress in polished, elevated attire such as dresses, jumpsuits, slacks, button-downs, sport coats, or similar evening wear. Please avoid jeans, t-shirts, and overly casual clothing.
